About Us

We are a three attorney, general practice firm. Our clients are individuals, families, and small businesses. Gary Oberst began this firm with a vision of client satisfaction achieved through individualized attention by as many or as few attorneys as necessary; prompt, courteous return of client phone calls; avoiding costly trials by resolving disputes amicably when possible; advocating effectively in court when required; and clear, timely explanations for services performed. Although we have won substantial awards for our clients through litigation, our philosophy is first to make every attempt to gain quick, cost-effective, and fair results so that reasonable parties maintain long-term relationships.

We pride ourselves on achieving our clients' goals through communication, attention to detail and rapid response. We want our clients to be able to contact us whenever necessary.
